Our custom icon service is designed to meet your special need for icons. No matter it is for your desktop applications or web applications or print materials, we listen to what you need and provide the exact service you ask to your full satisfaction. You will only be charged for the exact hours we spend. In the other word, if you hire a designer to do the design in house, it is probably no cheaper than asking us to design it for you.

Process and Rate

There is no fixed price for icon as icons are so different from each other. The first step is you contact us with a list of icons you want to have with requirement for each icon. You can use the order form below. Feel free to include any materials (descriptions, existing icons if any, mockups, ideas) that you think it would help us understanding the requirements. If your company has corporate branded colors or design guideline that you would like to use, please include those documents as well. Our icon designers will look at the requirement and come up with an estimate of the hours for each icon. With our low fixed hourly rate, you know the exact total cost before committing anything. After you review the estimate and approve it, we will work out a payment and delivery schedule and our icon designer will start to design those icons. Typically, within two business days, you will start to receive icons from us for you to review. Each icon will be delivered to you one by one so that you have a chance to review them and give us feedbacks without waiting for all the icons to be done.

Flash and Graphics Design Services

In addition to icon design, we also provide Flash and graphic design services. The steps for flash or graphic design is exactly the same as those of icon design.

Licensing

Different from stock icons, custom designed icons, images or flash are yours after the final payment is received. You have the exclusive right to use them in any number of products as you wish within your company. We will also deliver all the raw format (PSD for Photoshop, AI for Illustrator, FLA for Flash etc) to you. If you wish to further customize it, you can do it yourself or let us know do it for you.
