Avoid reflection in ResizableSupport impls for Java 17

Hello,

We had patched a workaround for fixing the reflection issue in the docking framework after upgrading to Java 17. I think it may be doable to add it to the source code from your side as well. Please find it in the attachement.

Btw, I have seen that you mentioned in another post about branching code for Java 17. Will JIDE support Java 17 in a future release? Any plan for that? Thanks.
