Print Preview

Most document-oriented graphical applications have to support a print feature. Java API currently lack a Print Preview component. With the introduction of Print Service, such component has been the subject for several articles, but I find most implementations are too academic or incomplete.

[I removed the link you had in your post but I'll keep it in my bookmark]
So far we don't have plan to start a product on printing. One reason is Java itself is improving in this area. This feature should really be part of JDK, not via 3rd party components.
