I wonder whether JIDE stopped operating, given the fact that there have been no answers from them in this forum during the last two months and they did not react to several e-mails I wrote to them (although we payed the full annual maintenance support fee in January).
Did anybody have a different experience? Do you know more?
It is bad to feel stuck with a dead product to which we have no source code, so we cannot even help ourselves.
If they quit their company, or at least their support, they should at least have made their software open-source before.Best regards
